At Hustle Hub 5, we put care, craftsmanship, and intention into everything we create — from natural wellness products and handcrafted items to custom builds and creative projects. While we strive to make every experience a great one, we understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan.

Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

🌿 General Policy
Due to the nature of many of our products and custom-made items, returns are limited for hygiene, safety, and production reasons.
Each request is handled fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

✅ Return Eligibility
You may request a return, replacement, or exchange if:
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the incorrect product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging (within 7 days of delivery)

  • A fabricated or custom item has a verified manufacturing fault

💸 Refunds, Repairs & Replacements
Once your request has been reviewed:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method where possible

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer:

    • a replacement,

    • repair,

    • store credit,

    • voucher,

    • or exchange

Custom-built or fabricated items may qualify for repair before refund consideration.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
  • Opened or used wellness products

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Fabricated items altered after delivery

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional products

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery unless previously arranged

📦 Courier & Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit, or goes missing, we’ll gladly assist where possible. However, once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility falls with the courier company.

That said — we’ll still help track things down and do our best to sort the issue out.

🛠️ Handmade & Custom Work Notice
Many of our products are handmade, naturally sourced, fabricated, or produced in small batches. Minor differences in colour, finish, texture, wood grain, steel finish, scent, or appearance may naturally occur and are not considered defects.
