Houndware offers natural wellness products for pets — from calming potions to first-aid sprays and wellness boosters. Whether external or internal, each item is made with care, using nature-based ingredients you can trust. Our inspiration? Two paw-some pups: Luna and Harley.

  • Our products are designed for external or internal use on pets — please follow the usage instructions carefully for each product.

  • Products intended for internal use are clearly labeled and include dosage recommendations.

  • These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. They serve as supportive, wellness-based solutions.

  • Always consult your vet before using new products, especially if your pet is pregnant, nursing, undergoing treatment, or has a chronic condition.

  • Conduct a patch test for topical products to ensure there are no allergic reactions.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders may be placed through our website or by messaging us directly.

  • Payment is required in full before dispatch unless a specific agreement has been made (e.g., deposit for custom orders).

  • Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or listed in your invoice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 3–5 working days unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • We currently ship within South Africa only.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days with photos so we can make it right.

  • Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis — your satisfaction is important to us.

Because our ingredients are natural and handmade in small batches:

  • Product texture, scent, or color may vary slightly.

Houndware Return Policy

We want every tail wag and whisker twitch to be a happy one! While we take great pride in handcrafting natural, quality products for your furry friends, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

🐾 General Policy

Due to the nature of our products (many of which are made for internal or external use), we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging (within 7 days of receiving it).

💸 Refunds & Replacements

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Custom or made-to-order kits

📦 Courier Issues

If your package goes missing or gets delayed due to courier mishaps, we’ll assist where we can — but please note that once the package leaves our hands, the courier becomes responsible. (We’ll still try help chase things up like a pup on a squirrel trail.)
